Rental Policies

• The Renter and Driver must be 25 years or older to operate our vehicles.
• The Renter must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• The van is to be returned clean and in good condition.
• A cleaning fee may be issued depending on the cleanliness of the van.
• No smoking allowed, a charge will be issued if smoking has occurred.
• Elevated Vans not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• The gas must be filled to the point that it was upon being rented.
• All drivers must sign our agreement before traveling. (This can be done online, or in the office at pick-up).
• Cancel up to 48 hours before your trip with no charge
• 3 Day Minimum required on all daily rentals.
