Contract/Agreement
1. Condition of Vehicle
The Renter shall keep the van in a good state of cleanliness and fit for travel during the rental period and shall comply with any enactment respecting standards of health, safety or traffic laws notwithstanding any state of non-repair that may have existed at the time the agreement was entered into.
2. Services
The Renter must be 25 years of age. Each Renter must provide insurance for the rental period. All rental vans must be insured. Elevated Van Rentals will withhold deposits if/when the vehicle is returned in poor condition and the Renter will be charged $500 for uncleanliness and the full amount for any repairs.
3. Good Behavior
The Renter and any person admitted to drive the vehicle by the Elevated Van Rentals shall conduct themselves in such a manner as not to interfere with the cleanliness and professionalism of the vehicle or the rental company. No Smoking In the Vehicle. Obey all traffic Laws. Any damages, tickets, towing..etc will be paid by the Renter.
4. Obligation of the Lessee
The Renter shall be responsible for the ordinary cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle and for the repair of damage caused by any willful or negligent act of the lessee or of any person whom the lessee permits to drive the vehicle, but not for damage caused by normal wear and tear.
